Primary KS1 & KS2 Health & Wellbeing Schemes of Work, Planning & Resources
Wellbeing Through Sport
Wellbeing Through Sport
We’re a team of doctors, psychiatrists, teachers and PE specialists who believe looking after the brain is just as important as looking after the body. Whether we’re helping individual children or the whole school, we’ll help you stay on top of your game, physically and mentally.
Designed for primary schools, this unique programme supports a whole school approach to positive mental health and wellbeing.
Through physical activity and reflective practice, the Programme introduces life skills essential to nurturing emotional intelligence and building resilience. It also supports teachers to look after and protect their own mental health, and to develop character and independence in their pupils.
The packages align with the PE and PHSE curriculum and are specifically mapped to the RSE curriculum.
